Briefly describe your eating habits before getting more organized?

Generally I'd buy several frozen packages from costco and microwave something when I get hungry. I live alone, and keep a weird schedule, so normal mealtimes didn't exist. Problem is I'd buy things that appealed to me that required more than heating--like meal prep--, and they'd just sit in the freezer--for years, actually. The "feed me when I'm hungry" approach doesn't lend itself to meal preparation. Just heat food NOW, and I know microwaved food isn't as healthy as it should be.

Tell us about cleaning out your freezer?

That was always a surprise day. 3 year old sausages hidden in frost, burritos that I really would have eaten if they hadn't gotten shoved behind the sausages. Mostly the freezer was full of mystery items with a few interesting good things at the front.

Which package do you prefer order from the Studio Kitchen and why?

It varies according to my house-guest plans, my budget, and how much I like the monthly menu. I've recently been ordering the half-order (36), but sometimes will go ahead and get the whole thing. The half-order appeals to me because I don't have to repeat menu items as often.
